Key specialisms are healing anxiety, stress & trauma (particularly birth trauma) via hypnotherapy, NLP & Reiki.

I am a qualified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. I offer one to one sessions to eliminate issues around fears, phobias, stress, anxiety, bereavement, confidence and depression. I can also support clients with weight loss and stopping smoking.

I am also a qualified trainer (over 10 years) and can provide training and workshops in a variety of areas to include personal development and workshops. I have experience of working within the public, private and third sectors.
