Very very helpful staff and just excellent in every way, thoroughly recommend them to anyone hiring a vehicle.

Smooth as silk collecting and dropping the car back.
Only slight criticism is that I had to wait quite a while in an empty reception area until a member of staff came through, bothevwhen collecting and dropping off the car.

It wasn't the car I asked for. And staff did not turn up to collect me on time stated. They tried to charge me twice for extras that I had already paid for online. If I didn't have the prof of purchase by email on my phone to show them I would have to have paid twice. Not on my computer is all that she kept saying untill I showed email.
