Great food as always, but tonight the staff went way beyond when they help tend to an injured lady in the street. They were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating. Enzo’s = great food AND great staff!

Can't beat an Enzos. Best in Irvine. Never had a problem with deliveries. Keep up the good work.

8.20 for a bag of chips and a fritter roll thought this was exceptionally cheap good traditional food at low prices will defo be back cant wait.

So after telling everyone Enzos is a good chip shop received our last order just total grease on a plate mushy peas binned no taste just water it was disgusting so no be ordering again

Dreadful service and customer relations tonight at 4.15pm. Ordered and paid for an order, waited for ages, then when I queried what the delay was, it turns out my order was handed out to someone else!!! No one seems to know what they're doing and the staff wanted to argue with me about the fact that they didn't shout that my order was ready. Awful, I won't be back.

1hr and a half ago i ordered. Still waiting. Phoned shop to find out what was happening. Didn't take my name or address to see if my order had even been received or was out for delivery. Only ordered one meal (for quickness) ... bad service. No doubt food will arrive cold. What's the issue ?

very dismal service ,,nipped in as was out a run in the car with partner and children and with the dogs down near magnum so fancied some chip ,,shop was very busy so went to the end of queue,,guy at the end of queue said you had to orer first so then went up to counter and waited ,,think there was 3 or 4 staff on doing bits n pieces ,,not one asked what i wanted stood there for like 5 mins ,,clearly they knew i was waiting to order ,,one even had a silly smirk on his face ,,i just walked out absolute joke ,,wont be back ,,very poor service ,,shame as i have been in before and the chips are the best in irvine ,,but i hate bad service and im quite sure im not the only one who has walked out ,,perhaps better staff training !!!

It used to be the best chippie in Irvine but this is the second time the chips were rubbish and the fish was cold another meal in the bin won't be a third time

Ordered on just eat at 8.10pm delivery said 9.15pm so waited til 9.25pm to call and ask where it was then to be told it wasnt even ready or out for delivery and it would be another 30 minutes before delivery! 2 hours for delivery on a Tuesday night. Lazy incompetent staff is your first problem!

Dreadful customer service.on saturday My dad waited over a hour in the shop for fish supper and black pudding and once he queried it they didn't even know what he had ordered, was then asked 3 times what his order was. No apology or refund offered appealing customer service. Personally id have asked for my money back and went elsewhere. Service has really went down hill.

Don't apply for a job here as they don't give young people anywhere near the hours they promise, they don't train them, and they treat them terribly. Totally unprofessional - avoid at all costs.
