Bringing together professional qualifications, life and shared experiences relating to Mental Health issues, we are passionate about encouraging conversations and breaking the stigma related to Mental Health issues and illness. We provide Mental Health Awareness sessions which are a great way to start conversations around mental health in a safe space. We offer Mental Health First Aider Training to interested parties in your company, a 2 day course which puts additional support into the business allowing named First Aiders to signpost colleagues to the most appropriate support available. We are Cognitive Behavioural Therapists who provide 1-2-1 Support, Counselling, Psychotherapy - using the most suitable approach for the client needs. We work collaboratively meaning the clients best interests are always at the forefront of our sessions. Anxiety, Low Mood, Self Esteem /Confidence issues, Stress, and Perfectionism and more are covered by our associates.
