Lovely place for a tourist to have a hungover eggs Benedict and bacon. Cool music and excellent, smiley service.

Relaxed atmosphere. There for breakfast by chance passing through the area and although I wouldn't usually pay £9.50 for a full breakfast... it did the job... beautifully cooked good quality scotish breakfast. Liked how they had the choice of coffee in a cafetiere for one or two people.

Great place for a drink or snack during the day - huge windows make it perfect for people watching. At night it has more of a cozy bistro feel. Visited for a mid week dinner - fairly quiet but still a few tables taken. For dinner I had sea bream in a med style tomato sauce which was tasty, but could have done with something to mop up the saucy bits. Good (but spendy) wines by the glass.

Lovely atmosphere and staff. There is definitely an issue with getting your food in a timely manner when there are more than 4 of you which can ruin the experience somewhat. Food generally good and I do go on my own quite happily.

I'm told what a great place thus is. So last night tried ordering food at 9pm and was told they stop serving early Mon to Weds. So I gave it another go this evening. Got shown to my seat given menu and drinks list. Ordered a drink. Sat there for 10 mins. Nothing arrived. Another member of staff came over and I explained I was waiting. Again nothing for 5 mins. I told them not to worry. Manager explained a problem with the till ordering system. I understand that but would have been nice for someone to tell my and pour me the drink while they sorted out the problem. Not a good experience I'm afraid.

Nice place for meal and some beer. While not exactly affordable, it is great value for money as the menu is extensive and most of the dishes are well cooked and tasty. The atmosphere is great and the staff is superb. I never had to wait for a table and they were always willing to accomodate the small baby that we bring.

Delicious food, fine surroundings and great staff, if you can get a table it's well worth a visit

Lovely meal....but the staff forgot to order our meal up and ended up waiting nearly an hour for food. Overall lovely meal....poor service.....sort it out please.

I should have walked out the minute I got there but I was meeting a friend. I was greeted by what I can only assume is the manageress, a blonde with an extremely misplaced air of superiority. My party had 2 babies and 3 adults and she didn't even attempt to seat us and then didn't give us menus until I got up to ask for them. The waiter looked run off his feet while she farted about doing nothing as far as I could see. The prices were high, the food was average and I will never be returning nor will anyone I was with.

Cool place. Coffee is decent, the location is nice and relaxed. Beer was cold and the food was good too. - It ticked all the boxes, and i'd go back.
