Epoch is a contemporary new restaurant located in the award-winning Princes Square’s courtyard, serving delicious plates from around the world from noon right the way to dinner.
We have a tasting menu with the option of wine matches, some dishes to share, an additional lunch offering and a kids menu.

What a delight to experience the array of food and wine on offer at Epoch's! Everything was cooked to perfection, with the taster menu tantalising our taste buds with each course that arrived. Truly scrumptious on all levels from start to finish, introducing us to new foods. So don't be afraid to try what you've never had before. The chef, Jason McKay, certainly knows how to put together a menu of fine foods and wines. From the almonds and olives to the pickled vegetables, then the cheese board and tart tatin were all stand outs for us, as well as the quality of the wines! And the service was impeccable. Good job Epoch.
We treated ourselves to the taster menu with wine and it was magnificent! Do not miss an opportunity to eat here. Top notch service and Bravo Chef!

We had our Xmas lunch in Epoch yesterday afternoon and it was absolutely delightful! Everything was cooked to perfection and the honey and parsnip soup was the nicest soup I’ve ever tasted! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone � xx
The tasting menu was really great value. Everything was cooked to perfection. Particular highlights were the gnocchi and pineapple tart tatin which I could have eaten all day long. Kids very well catered for too. What more could you want?
Just dropped in last minute. This was the first visit for my daughter and I. The restaurant has a great decor and a casual feel. The attention to detail makes whole image. The food was outstanding (best steak in a long while) this is not a shopping centre restaurant, the food is top class. The are happy to have kids and the kids menu is certainly not run of the mill, with shetland mussels and battered hake. Will definitely be back and although I loved Buzys, Epoch is a required and fantastic edition to Princes Square �
Had an absolutely fantastic meal, the staff and service were great!
We went for a family meal and ordered a wide range of the dishes, all of them were cooked perfectly and were delicious, my favourite was the sardines, but loved them all. Great wine too.
Will definitely be back!
Had a lovely afternoon with very helpful and polite staff had a issue with the bill it was sorted straight away food delicious and recommend a dark and stormy cocktail 🍹

Fabulous!!! Food was so tasty - we tried the small dishes: chicken with wasabi coleslaw, salmon, tiger prawns, two different kinds of pizettes, cheese soufflé and Gnocchi- beautiful! Will try the main meals next time. Staff very attentive and friendly and good atmosphere. Best part was everything was sourced in Scotland - food and design of restaurant interior...gives you a real insight into Scotland and what they can do. Got to congratulate you on bringing something inspirational to somewhere so established like Princes Square - that can at times be a little predictable...
It can be hard for people to give new places a go, especially when they are weighing it up against well established restaurants (that in our opinion are no where near as good as they used to be), but they should break the habit and try a new and fresh take on European dishes with Epoch - you truly won't be disappointed!! � will definitely be back asap and can't wait for Christmas! Xxx

Cannot rate this restaurant high enough. The service was excellent very friendly , welcoming and cheery staff. The food was faultless and something for everyone on the menu . My husband and I very much enjoyed our afternoon at epoch the location is perfect very relaxed atmosphere and we cannot wait to tell everyone else to come and try .. definitely a 5 * restaurant xx
Best meal I had on many trips to Glasgow on lead up to Christmas. Superb beet starter, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service - an oasis in the city centre.
Been meaning to come here since it opened and it didnt disappoint!
Me and my friend had the 600g steak and bottle of Malbec to share deal but decided to have pork croquettes and the pork ribs whilst we waited.
Dishes come out as and when they are ready and both were lovely.
The steak followed with chips and green beans. A good size for 2.
The sauce in the green beans was delicious.
The steak was so soft and melted in the mouth.
Opted for a cheeseboard with brie, cheddar and goats cheese for dessert and my friend had the eclair which was light and a perfect finish.
Service was quick and the server extremely helpful and friendly; quick to recommend his personal favourites.
Next time i will be trying their selection of small plates to share.

The food was also amazing with some sharing dishes for the adults and the children's food was so much better than the usual child menu - mussels anyone? Overall I would highly recommend you to family & friends. Hope to be back again soon xxxxx
What a lovely experience the staff were attentive always smiling and nothing a bother for them. The food was v good with plenty of it as well. We had 4 tapas dishes each which was ample. If your sitting outside then beware of the children running about it can be off putting. We will go back. £££
The food was absolutely delicious however the service was initially poor. It is an exceptionally busy time of year but the staff seemed to have lost control of the service. After being seated my husband & myself waited 15 minutes with no one looking near us. We didn’t even have a menu to look over. I complained & we were then brought menus. All was fine after that however I was disappointed with how my meal started.
