Edward did excellent work renovating our sash windows, I would be happy to recommend. Only reason for 4, rather than 5, star review is in relation to communication re: minor delay prior to starting work - but once commenced, service was punctual, tidy and helpful. Whilst this has not occurred yet, the idea of a 1-year check up is a welcome feature.

We are very happy with the work done on our windows by EPS Sash and Case; The work was done with speed and the result is our windows have a new lease of life. We can honestly say that Edwards was always punctual and his work was of a high professional standard. We have confidence in recommending EPS.

Work carried out to a very high standard - I would highly recommend. They kept my property secure and tidy at all times. My sash and case went from non functional (and awful to look at!) to windows which can now be fully opened and look stunning. Great jobs by the guys.

Edward is a true gentleman with a high standard of workmanship and once the work is complete he doesn't just walk away. We had six huge sash windows repainted and some sills replaced. One year after the job, Edward came back to check all was good and did some touch up work. They still look great and I know we can call on Edward anytime. Highly recommended.

I contracted EPS Sash & Case to refurbish four first floor windows of a Grade A Listed West End property.

From the outset I was impressed with company's online process of requesting a quotation, Mr Davidson's initial site visit to assess the work and timely provision of an estimate. The work undertaken in refurbishing, external and internal painting was executed to a very high standard. The work was completed within timescale and to estimate. I found Mr Davidson to be highly professional, punctual and polite.

I’m very pleased with the work carried out. All the windows now look in fine condition from the exterior and are fully operational. I’m especially pleased that we were able to preserve the existing frames and only replace and repair what was necessary to restore them to A sound condition.
