The Counselling /Life Coaching and Analytical Hypnotherapy is carried out by a highly experienced and qualified Counsellor who is an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and as such abides by the ethical framework of the NCS.
My role as your Counsellor /life coach and analytical hypnotherapist is to act like a psychological mirror in which you can see yourself more clearly and understand yourself better and to help you to find your unique strategies /tools for change.
Whilst I can counsel /coach people of all ages my specialty is in working with primary and secondary school aged clients.
