Went to equis in Motherwell for the first time today and i was very impressed. I opted for the £3.30 tub and had toffee fudge and banana and they were both amazing. So much choice that made it difficult to decide. The staff were polite and friendly too. I will definitely be back

We had a big night in “munch box” last night and it was fantastic

Good lord! I travel 4000 miles to Motherwell most summers now..and Equi's is a delightful treat. The staff is always helpful if not a bit shocked by my American accent. The presentation is fabulous as is the assortment of flavors and Master Finlay loves the bubble gum ice cream. I do not understand the negativity of these comments, if people do not like the DC surcharges, HIYA there is coin of the realm!

.the best ever ice cream.!!favourite vanilla coconut irish cream and turkish delight. Normally get it in Perth. Saw Aldi had it for burns night but coild not get it in Forfar.

Previous visits were hit and miss with regards to quality of product and cleanliness of shop. Attitudes of teenage staff were also awful eg rude, sullen and impatient.



Tonight was a total change. Shop was clean with a decent and varied range of product out. I tested a couple flavours and found none of the previous issues of ice crystals and freezer burn. Quality tonight was top notch.



What really made the difference was the friendly, patient and helpful service.



Male Assistant Manager - you were an exemplary ambassador for the Equi's brand and your shop looked wonderful. We will be sure to visit again as long as your example is being followed. Thanks again.

Love coming to Equis however this evening I was greeted by a member of staff not listening or welcoming and got part of the order wrong so had to make the tub up again. Was also very blunt with my 9 year old brother.

Ended up making me feel like I was in the wrong.

Not happy.

Long que. But didn't mind waiting. Annoying that the staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves and it didn't help that our large milkshake order wasn't labelled! Could have been better! Wasted journey!

Member of staff serving last night was awful. Won't be back, don't think they should either! Clearly couldn't be a*sed being there anyway.

I came down to get a small milkshake to be charged £3.50 for what appeared to be as watery as my kids diarrhoea. Staff were rude and I certainly won't be back!
