Great meeting new people, had a great time!
Spent a lovely few hours with my new lady today, helping with the housework and having a wee coffee and a chat, really enjoyed it :)
While I will say there are initiatives in our area that do help vulnerable people and older adults in the community, unfortunately as good as the people who work and try every day to make the most of it for all service users, there is still a gap that leaves people less independent then they should be.
This is where we can step in and help, we are happy to call in and help with anything around the home, we are also happy to go and have coffee, maybe not the cake though lol
The last few days have been busy, thank you to everyone who liked the page and has given me feedback, it is so good to know I'm on the right track and people think this is a well needed service - Eva

The service is £10 per hour or ... 3 hours for £25 The hours can be spread through the week to suit

Errand Angels is a service available to all in the community who may need extra help.
We can: *Pop in to do some housework, chat and a cuppa while we are there *Prepare some nutritious and healthy meals... *Run errands, collect prescriptions or do some grocery shopping *Or, if you prefer, take you to get your own groceries *Do laundry and ironing *Arrange appointments *Take you to appointments and other events *Provide companionship *Help with pet care
The list is not exhaustive, these are just some examples, the service aims to make life a little easier for people
