Went in tonight with my husband and kids for a meal and the service from start to finish was amazing. Meals were lovely and kids enjoyed them. My daughter knocked over her drink and staff were on hand to help and reassure. Friendly service and highly recommend. Our server luke was really friendly as was Holly on hand and amazing. Keep up the good work guys can't wait to come back �

Visited here last night. Why have I never been before? The food was utterly delicious. We didn't intend to have 3 courses but we couldn't help it, lol. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Hollie was wonderful. Each time she came to our table she stopped for a few seconds to chat. Never intrusive, just perfect. And she got us a Tasty Rewards Card which we didn't know about. Thank you Hollie for a lovely evening. We will definitely be back soon.

Food was nice service was good I just don't understand the fuss at the start over whether we could have a table not having booked in advance. Even when we left about 7.30 it wasn't even half full and only 2 tables had reserved signs on them.

Lovely venue and decor.....and menu choices and prices soo promising.

However....time-keeping is not positive.... we always have to wait a fair bit longer than anticipated for order to be taken...and then it doubles for waiting for food to arrive!!

As a result we now go less times.........

In my opinion that food was great and the girl who served us was fantastic. The only problem was we all had something missing from our plates but they blame it on it being a new menu.

Waiting staff were excellent, however I opted for the beef wellington that came out really dry, the puff pastry was rock hard and the meat inside was really dried out and hard to digest. Even with two gravy boats it was no better.

Our waitress took orders for drinks and then forgot to bring them. Food was average. When we ordered a shandy they said they had run out of beer and couldnt make one. The young man on the till couldnt get our bill right despite us repeating it FOUR times, and the manager who came to help him was just as bad. Wont eat there again. There were 20 of us and the bill at the end of the meal showed a £9 deficit. The manager topk the £9 deficit out of the tips we had collected for the waitresses. Not good

Eaten here several times and in the main been satisfied. However, yesterday fell short of the usual standard. I ordered the dressed salad which came with no sign of dressing and certainly no flavour. This was quickly rectified, however, by the our server who, with no hesitation, returned to the kitchen and brought out a small sauce boat of dressing. Certainly not the best meal we have had and we did overhear another table complain about the temperature of the food. We ordered desserts blonde girl took our order a short time later desserts arrived only part that was correct was mine, the rest went back to to be sorted. My daughter's​ after 8 sundae arrived with a lovely black hair stuck to the top. I asked to speak to the manager, he apologized and said he would remove them from the bill but wasn't until we got home we noticed 2 pate starters were still on the bill, so they hadn't changed it to prawn cocktail or removed one of these.

The bill was £116.00 for 5 adults and 1 child. Will definitely not be back we used to go here all the time as we can walk to it, but the last few times have not been great but last night certainly finished it.

Joke of a place waited over an hour and a half for a meal this is the second time I've been here and waited over an hour for food.. definitely won't be back.

First time here and not in a hurry to come back. Waited 50mins for our meal asked for another drink and ended up having to go to bar to get it.
