We have had a lot of enquiries recently regarding the centre timetable all class times are shown below for your information:
TUES
9.15AM-10.00AM: ... Prime Movers (50+) Gym circuits
6.30PM-7.00PM: Spin
7.15PM-7.45PM: HIIT
WED
6.30PM-7.00PM: Spin
7.00PM-7.30PM - HIIT & Core
THURS
6.45PM-7.45PM Gym Circuits
Booking is advised at least 5 days in advance of classes (particularly Spin classes as spaces are limited)
