always my first stop for icecream by far the best about gd prices and the foods good foot long or a cheese burgers top of my list fast service and cant beat sitting along the splash eating the food on a gd day

World's best ice cream!!!!!!! They also have pretty much anything you could want for breafast or Lunch and the staff are wonderful!

We usually go there on a Sunday to buy paninis and ice cream. The best ice cream in town. Keep up the good work and good luck for the future.

Was in last night 1st time in ages got my wee boy the boat ice cream defo worth the money he loved it and wants to go back for more lol xx

Lovely shop, lovely staff, lovely food with good deals and ice cream :) whats not to love! Definently try it out if you get the chance :) highly recommend it xx

Love going with my son at the weekend. Get a Bigfoot hotdog and sit at the esplanade and munch it!! Amazing food!!!

Icecream is best ive ever tasted & so many flavours to choose from. Great selection of hot & cold filled rolls/paninis ect & cooked fresh to order Service is fast & friendly. Big breakfast a must for sunday hangover.

I've been going to this excellent little cafe for years and have never had a bad meal. All the staff are friendly with a fast and efficient service. My recent favourite from the menu is their cheeseburger panini mmmm delish! I would say though that all helpings are generous from the menu and never disappoint.



It can be difficult to get a parking space near the shop sometimes (which is a must for me due to mobility issues) but it's well worth a visit for anyone who hasn't been before 😀

Best ice cream in the Inverclyde area! Love a wee tub with raspberry.

Amazing cafe with nice staff and even better ice cream me ma Mrs and kids love coming here for our ice cream best in town and further would highly recommend to any one (tablet or biscoff ice cream is my favourite) #cruisegreenock

Absolutely the best ice cream in world in my opinion!!! A favourite regular wee day trip for my family that we have been doing for years. We walk the length of the esplanade,get ice cream, then walk back. Simple pleasures are the best. Keep it up esplanade cafe! xx

Usually can't fault it here but yesterday paninnis were not toasted properly. Filling was cold. Price for tubs of ice cream seem have gone up. £10.50 for 3 tubs is a bit much.

When you walk into a place where you are the customer and the person that is behind the counter is a member of staff who should have their attention to take your order, it shouldnt be a stressful situation in which you would have to be quick at telling your order or feel the need to write your order on a random reciept in your pocket, just incase the member of staff would jump to the conclusion that the first thing you ask for is the only thing you would wish to order. This has happened to me dozens of times and also people i know......

I walk in, i want a cheeseburger, my partner wants a burger, my children would like a slice roll. I get asked, what would i like?

"a cheeseburger........"

at this moment, the member of staff is over by the toastie machine.

I then go onto my tip-toes, lean over the counter, then say "a hamburger......."

The staff member then rushes to get another bun, then straight back over to the toastie machine.

I then say ".....and to slice rolls".

The member of staff then seems annoyed with me with my order? I only asked for 4 things, but the member of staff had been worn out and probably pissed off that i wasnt quick enough with my order.

I am pissed off, the customer, out of many customers who help keep a business running.

In conclusion, get this obstacle sorted, its not my job to do, why should i make the effort, when all people would enjoy is good customer service.

Was really disappointed today when I popped in for ice-cream as it was such a lovely hot day! I asked for a 2 double cones, one scoop chocolate chip and the other raspberry & meringue!!! When I got back to my car, my husband nor I could tell the difference between the 2 scoops, they both looked and tasted like vanilla ice cream with raspberry sauce,( no chocolate or meringue in sight) but the main disappointment was the chunks of ice we had to pick out of our cones :( not a happy customer and won't be back.
