A Family Protection Trust Would ensure this following situation would not happen: Son lost out on his inheritance. Father remarried, he and his new wife made simple mirrored wills leaving all to each other. He died eight years later. Wife remarried, changed the will to the benefit of her & her new husband, she died a couple of years later.
