Etive is a privately owned, consulting civil and structural engineering practice, working on projects across the UK. The Directors of the business are focused on delivering a personalised service to Clients. Anyone can design the basic "beams and columns"​, and that's an important role. But when an engineer can do that whilst thinking more broadly about the development process as a whole, an important role becomes one that can deliver real value to Clients. This is the ethos behind Etive. Our current workload includes a mix of student housing, BTR, mainstream residential, schools, healthcare and commercial property.
