First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said the following measures are being described as a "Lockdown" and include the following measures immediately for 3 weeks - and will be reviewed further at the end of that period.
1. Only 1 shopping trip or medication per day if absolutely essential
2. Only travel of you are a key worker who can not work from home ie: NHS, care, etc.
... 3. Only 1 set of exercise per day as a family or on own
4. No more then 2 people gatherings in public.
5. All non essential shops to close except for Food and medication stores.
The Police will have powers to enforce the above if you do not comply.
