Evans Cycles - Braehead

Need to change all your staff, i live 10 minutes away from braehead but i always go into glasgow because the staff in braehead dont care and have no interest in helping

1st bike i bought was damaged, 2nd bike i bought was also damaged, never again.

Awful customer service. Went in to this shop with my 6 year old son to have him sized for a bike. Being advised that he was a 20 inch was the extent of the input from the member of staff.

Asked if my son could have a quick shot - no, not in the shop (every bike shop ive been to in the past don't see this as a problem).

What about a quick shot in the huge empty concourse directly outside the front door and still indoors - no.

Asked about the range available - check the website

Asked for a brochure - check the website

Asked what models are available - you guessed it, check the website. No opinions, advise, suggestions. Nothing.

Lazy, incompetent, uninterested, waste of space. I will stick to my local independent shops from now on where they actually make an effort.

What an awful way to treat a six year old.

Bought a bike from here after reserving it online went into pick it up and was wondering what other stuff might be helpful to maintain it and the staff weren't interested what so ever just pointed at things on the shelves. Won't be back

Iv bought 3 bikes and will buy more from them the staff are friendly and helpful and i recently had a problem with one of the bikes and they really went above and beyond to get me riding again the customer service has been awesome

Went in to buy a new quality bike came out thinking I wasn't good enough to buy one

Went into store to buy a bike and all the trimmings. Despite several members of staff on duty no one approached me to see if i needed help. Very disappointed. Can't help wondering if my age and sex ( 61 and female) is a problem!!!!! I wont be back.

Good shop and products, staff are arrogant and condescending tested a bike from this shop and the attitude of the staff made me buy the bike from another bike shop
