I had a first class experience while visiting both used and new car show rooms. Both of the young men who dealt with me were mannerly and professional in their customer dealings. Evan Rae and Alan Cameron are to be commended. I would certainly recommend this showroom to anyone interested in changing their cars.

I SPENT 10 MINUTES ON THE PHONE TO THIS COMPANY (EVANS HALSHAW SIGHTHILL) I WAS PASSED FROM PILLOW TO POST AND SPOKE TO IDIOTS EVERYTIME SOMEBODY DID ANSWER THE PHONE....
ALL I WANTED WAS AN INQUIRY, I HAVE NO IDEA WHO WOULD ACTUALLY SPEND MONEY WITH HIS COMPANY....TERRIBLE TELEPHONE SERVICE ...ZERO STAR REVIEW ....BUT I HAVE TO LEAVE 1 STAR FOR THE POOR GIRL ON RECEPTION TO WHOM I THINK DID TRY TO HELP ME

Checked wed site and clearly stated Peugeot dealer, was looking for scratch pen to touch up my car so drove the 7 miles to enquire about pen got there, stood around at parts desk for 10 mins and decided to go look for someone willing to serve, went to reception and asked the guy behind the desk if this was still a Peugeot dealer, to my amazement he said no have been so for quite a number of months, informed him the wed site needs to be updated as it states they are. I asked if they still have paints for Peugeot and he said they may still have and walked me back to parts where I awaited a further 10 mins for this obnoxious guy whom came out of a door and said "you looking for paint pen, gives the code and I'll order it", no hello, no empathy by anyone that there site mislead me into driving here, just to be treated that I was an inconvenience, and when I said that I did not want to order I was hoping to get it now, he then had attitude and said that i would need to order as no dealers stock paint. Thought I would get out of there before I said something about the whole service received, will not be buying anything from them in the future, once I sell this car I have this is one company I will not be going to for my next car if this is the treatment I get over a paint pen.

I part exchanged my old car and used their "Move me closer" feature to get a car I wanted sent up to the Edinburgh branch before buying. I dealt with Ross and had a great experience. They got the car to me and the sale done in record time to get me away for a bank holiday weekend trip.
They had a good range of cars locally and nationally which was helpful when you don't know what you want when you go looking.

I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. Phoned in the day before I went to check if I would need an appointment to sell my car/just see how much they would offer me for it. I was told by the woman on the phone that I wouldn't require an appointment and I could just go in by with it over the weekend. Fine. So I went in the next day and was told I was supposed to have made an appointment through their website to have it valued. Turns out they use a call centre to take their calls which explains why nothing seems to be communicated properly. I won't be going back to sell them my car due to this.
