Will never go back ! To many pressure sales tactics & many hidden extras!
Services are bad never done half the job ! The day after the service I filed up break fluid and radiator coolant myself I also changed spark plugs they will put any extras on the loan eg: mats £48 road tax 6mth fuel £20
All silly things but they all mount up to be a real pain in the back side with no interest in returning customer in the future and tell you anything to sign on the line
Even Halshaw is a low blow shiny front shyster and would keep well away !

Do not go to these guys at any cost. Crooks who want to take money from you at any opportunity possible. My car has been getting water in the boot since I got it from them and I have taken it back to them on numerous occasions which they have done nothing about. While it still was under warranty they couldn't find a problem. Then out of warranty I took the car to them and they wanted £50 just to have a look at it! Some coincidence that is. And would more than likely cost loads more when they did eventually find the problem. If I didn't need the car so much for commuting to work etc I'd be giving it back to them tomorrow. Easily the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with and would absolutely never recommend them in the slightest to anyone.

Would be minus 1 if there was a star. What can I say rubbish service from start to finish if there is one with the problems we have had! Customer service is non existent. Would recommend you take a wide berth from this garage, had my car coming on 6 months and that's them just touching up paint work that was supposed to have been before receiving the car! They have had the car on numerous occasions now to try and sort a problem we experience when driving on motorways that now my two young children get scared whilst in the car but guess what it doesn't have a code so they don't know how to fix it! Oh and somehow it always missed getting the paintwork done whilst they had the car. Has cost me a small fortune running up and down as it's around an hour and a half round trip.
Also oil in the water system that they have said tried to flush out but bottle is still black with a touch of oil residue in it that you can't check your water level easily.

So unless you are looking for bad non existent customer service where your phone calls don't get returned or there away from desk, don't want any problems fixed that a code doesn't come up then this is the ideal garage for you! Oh a don't buy the extended warranty, isn't worth it when you get home and read it properly!

I had just found the car I was looking for after nearly 3 months research for a good price with all the additional equipment so I tried to reserve the car, was told I would be called back to get card details, the next day still no phone call and they put the price of the car up and expected me to pay the extra amount!!!! F**king ridiculous.

Please do not spend your hard earned cash at this garage. Don't want to bore anyone with the minute details but safe to say I was told:
DVLA now provide you with road tax from the date you tax the car and not per calendar month- not true. Result- lost a months road tax.
We can only give you £6800 for your own car ax we will market it at £7500-not true. Car in forecourt at just below £8400.
Your car will be polished with full valet prior to pick up-not true. Car was hoovered and washed only. Inside was filthy with debris and dirt in cup holder,dust in gear lever and handbrake and leather seats all marked.Inside of windows so dangerously dirty and only apparent at first night of low sun when I had to pull over with my granddaughter in car.
Do they care ? Not one bit. Have they responded to my emails or telephone calls-no!!!
Have they got my £11000 cash? Yes.
Will I ever set foot in their forecourt again??Not on your life!!!!

Such a bad experience; patronising after service and to top it off when the car went for MOT we find out its had different tyre sizes either side!

These guys wanted 500 plus to replace brake pads which cost 40 quid n a tyre that costs 80 so 380 quid for labour I guess for a job that's about half an hour's work at the most for any mechanic /tyre fitter !!! This should be illegal !!!

Looked at a specific car that I've wanted for a year. The colour, wheels and interior was the specific car that I wanted, and be honest the price and mileage was right. However, after a good 10 mins of inspecting the car I noticed that there was paint damage on the front bumper and scuff on the back bumper. I also noticed that the side skirt was hanging off because of a large dent above it which had tried to be hidden (there was also a smaller parking dent on other side). When I opened the bonnet the engine bay was really dirty and in bad condition but was told that all of the imperfections and damage was "normal"' for a car of 3 years old. A friend has also bought a car to discover that there was damage done to his 2 year old car. The salesperson was really pushy and asked about 10 times "will you buy this car?" And the salesperson has phoned me 2 times since and I only went into the garage 2 days ago. All of this led to me not buying the car which was a shame as I wanted that specific one.

I can't fault the customer service at this place. Although I was only selling a car through Evans Halshaw, I was made to feel really welcome. And they have great coffee in their waiting area!
