Poor customer service. Booked a test drive arrived and the car wasn't out ready to go. Got shown the car and that's as far as it got. Waste of my time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

By far the worst place i have ever encountered that sells cars. Told pick the car up tuesday, only to get there (which is 40 miles away) to be told cant get it today will be tomorrow. Show up next day to be told the exact same.. only for the following day the dealer takes the day off (which is fine) but fails to tell anyone of me collecting the car.. so cant release the car until hes back on shift.. i also had 5 free drive away insurance with my agreement which was activated on tuesday but now cant collect the car until friday and they cant reactivate a new 5 day cover and wont compensate for.. absolute shambles of a place 😠😠😠

One star is one star to good for them. Offered to trade my car in as our other one was written off and needed a car quickly for my wife to be able to drive as my car was not practical with 3 Dr for kids. Told to sell it privately which is not an option as was in a rush. Told it's not worth anything to them actually has a trade in value of £1200. Was willing to do it without a trade in. wanted to put a £100 deposit on car to hold it until insurance paid out on our own. Was told it needed to be £500. Said no and salesman and he said he would talk to manager and call me Monday. No call and no email so I chased Tuesday to be told the car was sold late on Monday subject to finance going through to somebody else. Nice way to treat a customer about to spend £12000 on a used car. Will not buy from an Evans Halsham or Stratstone dealerships every after this. I would sooner walk.
