Absolutely great sales team. Very welcoming and very helpful. Bought 2 cars had an issue with one which was a run about car but was rectified straight away.
The staff couldn't do enough to help. Can't get cheaper high quality cars anywhere else. Would definitely recommend and will buy cars from Evans Halshaw Falkirk again.

I owned a zafira b and about w years before the car turning itself into a toaster I had an issue with my heater/condenser. They wanted to charge me over £450 to fix it even though 6 months earlier they billed me over £500 for a new wiring loom for as it turned out related to the same issue. Just fyi I did not need a new loom. I got everything fixed for just over £40. It was a faulty relay and broken thermostat..

i bought a used car.head gasket went after 645 miles.there cars are garbage dont trust them go elswhere.they lie through there teeth.

Was offered 1800 for my car on the website was then offered 900 in store because the abs light was on got the sensor fixed went
back and was offered 1100 cowboys dont waste your time and we buy any car offered more so the whole we will beat webuyanycar is false advertising

Recently purchased a used car, good price and good staff. When there was a fault shortly after taken delivery of the car the staff managed to fix it and all working well.

Went in to look at a 16 plate corsa today, was greeted by what can only be described as a smarmy young lady! She sat us down, asked our names to then say "I'll forget your names anyway" we asked about the high APR on the finance and she argued saying it was cheap for car finance, 11% is not cheap... she then tried to tell me my car was a personal loan as I had lower APR than this when I know it is HP I have! She wouldn't give us a figure for trade in without commitment and when asked about buying a brand new car on PCP her answer was "I don't sell new cars" utterly disgusting, unprofessional and argumentative young lady!! Went to a garage around the corner and spent £12K... silly girl!

Also rated it one as I couldn't rate it zero- DO NOT BUY HERE. Had my car a month and a half and I've had to spend £500 replacing parts which have broken or fallen off (which is not my fault but also not in the warranty apparently (that's right, bits of your car literally falling off is not covered in the warranty) but they failed to be able to tell me what actually was) will probably find more problems with the car soon. such a joke. Never go here.

Useless

One of the few car dealers I've been to where you can walk in and everyone ignores you. Currently on my third car from here and I doubt I'll go back for a fourth. Cars are great but customer service is terrible after they make the sale.

Terrible paid 7321 for Vauxhall viva was meant to be pre registered it wasn't was owned bye 2 people,they also said vallet driver crashed car today when a was meant to get it ,kept lying,a done a a registration check and was owed bye 2 people,got my money back,but wouldn't trust salesmen in there , keep away

Very friendly and professional staff. Explained everything they had to do with the car and were honest. I did not buy the car I went to see, but I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
