Everyday Mindfulness Scotland

Everyday Mindfulness is a social enterprise based in Renfrewshire and offering courses mainly in the west of Scotland, but also offering distance learning and courses across Scotland on request. I do not take a salary and any profits are invested in the company to improve and expand the services I am able to offer. Our mission is to provide accessible courses free of religious content to the general public and the public and third sector. I am ably supported by an Advisory Group which helps steer the direction of the social enterprise.
