Everything Plus The Cake Description
From invitations to goody bags Everything Plus the Cake has it all – including the all important birthday cake.
I have two small children aged 7 and 3 and I appreciate how important birthday celebrations are. For children, birthday parties are a huge event. Us parents just want our children to have the best party without trawling around the shops organizing everything and then needing to rob a bank to pay for it all.
Having organized a few myself and watching friends stress over theirs I came up with the idea of Everthing Plus the Cake where everything from invitations, partyware, decorations and the most special bespoke birthday cake are included in one package. They will be delivered directly to your door /party venue saving you time and energy. Currently our party boxes can be delivered with a five mile radius of Blackwood for no extra charge. Delivery is still possible up to a 25 mile radius for a small fee to cover the extra petrol.
Each party box can cater for 8, 12 or 20 children. Extra guests can be added if required. You are also able to add ‘optional extras’ to many of the party boxes, which gives you complete control of the purse strings.
My birthday cakes are hand made by a fellow mum Helena Forrest who runs Blackwood Forrest Gateaux. Helena has been making novelty and celebration cakes for over 10 years for family and friends. She started Blackwood Forrest Gateaux in January 2011. Helena takes pride in every cake she makes and offers a truly bespoke service.
The photographs of cakes on my page are a gallery of work rather than a catalogue of cakes. You are not limited to anything you see, if you have seen something elsewhere or have an idea in your head let us know - Helena can make almost anything in sugar. Helena’s little saying is ‘I’ll give it a go’ and she has never failed a challenge yet. Let me know your requirements and we will let you know if it is possible.
