LITTLE WARRIORS

5 - 8 years old
An introduction into Martial Arts, teaching children the basic skills of Taekwon-Do including balance, co-ordination and general fitness. This class will also build children’s concentration and self-esteem. This is a fun, active class providing excellent foundations to a Martial Arts career.

JUNIOR TAEKWON-DO

8 years - 13 years old.
These classes cover the full syllabus of Evolution Taekwon-Do from white to black belt. Not quite adults, the junior classes are taught in a fun, interesting manner but with the expectation to perform as well as the adults. The classes consist of traditional techniques and patterns as well as a full range of modern sparring skills and training methods. Taekwon-Do can be enjoyed as a hobby or can lead to competition success in patterns and sparring.

TEEN AND ADULT TAEKWON-DO

13 years and above
These classes cover the full syllabus of Evolution Taekwon-Do from white to black belt. The classes consist of traditional techniques and patterns as well as a full range of modern sparring skills and training methods. Taekwon-Do can be enjoyed as a hobby or can lead to competition success in patterns, sparring and destruction.
