Well folks after a hectic Saturday and a sell out of pies in both our Mintlaw and Stuartfield shops we had a big production day today almost 500 pies made, black pudding and mealie pudding made and a heast of dry cured bacon sliced and packed all ready for a good start tomorrow. A great big thanks to Mark kindness for making pie shells for us at the last minute on a Saturday night gratefully appreciated

Did you know we also sell ready meals? On show is our Shepherds Pie. We also sell Mince and Tatties with our home made oatmeal stuffing and peas, Steak with tatties, peas and pasty square or Macaroni Cheese. These are supplied at both our Mintlaw and Stuartfield shops.

We have just had our two pigs � returned from Ewan, we are over the moon with the quality of the Butchery and the professionalism of the packing.

Sausages have been sampled and are amongst the best ever, in taste and in texture.

Our cured bacon � is to die for, our 7 year old daughter has just tanned a 4 slicer sarnie.

We will without a doubt be using Ewan Morrice butchers again

Was in for 2 ribeyes last night! Best steaks av tasted in a lang time! Crackin cuts o beef���

Use this butcher regularly since moving to stuartfield and also Had a big order for a staff BBQ and couldn't have been more helpful! Quality meat and service all the time!

This is the best butcher in the whole of Aberdeenshire in my opinion.... Haven't found one down south as good!!

Superb local butcher food is first class tried many things and no complaints,best pies I have had in a long time 10/10.

Really good fat free steak sausages for supper tonight, thumbs up from all the family.

Never tasted such good fowl in my life. Best ready made meals you could ever hope for.

DO NOT miss the mealie puddings..........the haggis, the sausages, the mince. Where you get your ideas from, Ewen, I don't know.

Just keep them coming and making me smile when I read the description on the lid your latest great idea.

Imagine our delight when we moved to Crichie to find one of the best butcher shops on our doorstep. Always great produce and service with a smile and banter.

Had a last minute barbecue and nipped in past Ewan Morrice butchers in Crichie. Bought the Garlic chicken pieces , honey glazed pork steaks and various flavoured burgers all were excellent quality and went down a treat. The Garlic and the curried coleslaw were first class aswell .

Excellent butcher and the best in the north east.
