My name is Drew Davidson, I have been a Personal Trainer /Sports Masseur for other 16 Years. I am here to progressively train clients towards their goals.

Excel Fitness Description

I am here for my clients to achieve their goals, needs, improve their fitness and make sure they get results be it short or long term.

When you train with myself you will learn the proper techniques in all exercises we do, so you will have the knowledge, understanding and confidence to get the best results for yourself, from your training with me.

In all our training we do together, we are a Team, we are in it together. I am not the type of personal trainer who stands at your side and shouts "give me 10 reps of these" or " 20 reps of this". At the end of the day it's all about getting the results that YOU want and I will get you there.
