Was nearly put off by the other reviews but had a fast, friendly service when we used to store bags for a few hours.

Brian and Michael were a great help. Friendly and cheeky at the same time. Brian even helped me put my very heavy backpack back on my back. Not that cheap but who cares. You're on holidays and it's easier to put your bag in a storage than wander around with 13kg on your back..

Poor service through blatant understaffing. Typical corporate U.K.

I don't know what these past reviewers have been smoking, but my service here was excellent. After an absolutely horrendous flying experience (massive delays) from Belfast to Glasgow, an awesome Scot named Stuart and a fast train to Edinburgh Waverly, we got our bag back. We were going to be getting into the train station at 22:52 and they close at 23:00, I called ahead and asked if they could wait. They happily said of course and as they stated I was able to get my bag. 22 pound for Sun-Tues was a great deal for me as we were leaving on a night train to London at 23:40. Thank you Excess Baggage Co, checking the bag would have cost me 46 pound!!

It's much much cheaper to drop your bags at the bus station nearby. If you have more than a bag or two, you can get one locker for all your bags for a price that's better than one piece of luggage at the train station.

No comment on service, but 12 pounds for one piece of luggage is a lot of money, especially with a group.

rude, don't listen, similar experience to other customers. you are there to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! why don't you just get that right for starters...

Very disappointed with the service provided. Rude stuff, hard to get the receipt and no explanation about charges.
