EFF was founded in 1991 by Iain Bell with a sole directive to deliver high quality personal fitness programmes to senior Company Executives.

Our company philosophy was to enhance personal well-being and individual productivity. Over the years we continued to develop proactive health fitness solutions into Corporate Groups and foster links with skilled professionals as we built our service range.
