She arrived to Edinburgh yesterday from Dubai with Emirates airlines. Caolila was offered plenty refreshments as soon as we released her from the crate. She was super friendly and excited during the stay at our Animal Receiving Centre. After customs was cleared, we had a long walk outside where Caolila stretched the legs after her long flight ūü§ó

Wonderful and talented people working at this post, there is no border inspection office and animal receiving center in the world that could compare. Professional, efficient, competent and customer-service oriented services.

Well it was a very professional handover and was an amazing and reassuring transfer - friendly and caring staff - always putting you at ease and ensuring you felt relaxed at all times, Oscar was super happy therefore we were too, great job !!!!

We used Extrordinair to fly our dog Lexi to Johannesburg. We could not recommend them highly enough, Valentinos was so informative and honest. He really put our minds at rest knowing our special dog was looked after. She travelled through Frankfurt where there is a canine centre at the airport. That made us so happy knowing she would be walked around, able to do the toilet and be fed and watered. Thank you from all of us,

We flew from North Carolina to Edinburgh, we were so worried about Coco as it was his first time on a plane. Upon arrival you were so amazing and we can't thank you enough for the care you took with Coco. If anyone is worried about flying with a pet please don't be they are amazing people and take the best of care with your pets as if they are their own. Thanks again for being so wonderful to Coco, Holly and Kevin.

Very happy with Extrordinair. They were so helpful with the arrival of Oshee. It wasn't all 'ticketyboo' due to an error by the handling Agent at the other end, but Extrordinair fixed everything. Can't fault them, very helpful and informative at all times. Would recommend, and certainly use again - without question.

Thanks to the team at the Edinburgh BIP for getting our dogs back from Texas. Unfortunately our US vet made a mess of the paperwork but the team worked with the Government vet to ensure the dogs could be processed back into the country quickly. Great team and great service.

Thanks Val & team for getting my Rat Terrier, Maggie, safely back to the USA! She was calm and happy when she arrived, and is settling back in to the states just fine. Thanks for all your help!

Thank you Lori. My dog was travelling from Texas to Aberdeen via Edinburgh and there were more than a few hiccups on the way (Don't fly United! ). There was a long delay waiting for the vet and Extrordinair not only fed and watered him but let him out to run around, walked him and kept my family in Aberdeen informed all the way, which completely reassured ALL of us. I can't thank you enough.

So glad to see the personal and friendly reception when our little 5kg Bichon travelled back from Romania. Charlie has done the trip twice now and both times had a great reception in Edinburgh. One more trip to go and that's him back permanently in Scotland.

My cats came home to Scotland with me from Canada. Between KLM airlines and Extrordinair they were in great shape. Our older cat is a real timid cat and if upset can take her a couple of weeks to settle down,but within a day she was back to normal ,so this more than anything prove to me her care was fantastic.

I’ve shipped a few dogs to Canada for my friends in Calgary over the last 8 years, always use Extrordinair because they do a first class job looking after the dogs prior to their flights, the staff also keep everyone well informed with any changes alterations to schedules etc.

Great company who I’ll no doubt use in the future.

He is a rescue dog and I was very worried about his experience in cargo overnight followed by processing at EDI. I was in contact with your staff almost immediately and your team members continued to stay in touch until Brodie arrived at your facility. I especially appreciated the photographs you took of him, he appeared tired but relaxed. And he loves to give high fives as you can tell. You are the reason that pet owners can feel better about traveling with their dogs (and cats!) I feel your staff went above and beyond my expectations. Other companies can learn from your dedication and compassion. I would highly recommend your service.

I would like to say thanks very much for all your help with getting leela home to Scotland from Saudi Arabia. It has been a very stressful few months trying to organise all the paperwork required but Lori has been fabulous. She answered any questions I had, reassured me throughout and was very prompt with her replies. I cant thank her enough for putting my mind at ease and for all her help. Would also like to thank all the staff in Extrordinair for taking such good care of leela when she arrived and quickly processing her papers so I could take her to her new home. I cant thank you all enough.

I was so impressed with Extrordinair. They answered all of my questions on the phone, gave me directions and assurances, and dealt with my little dog Devon quickly and efficiently. He arrived after a long trip from the USA in great shape and they carried him through to meet me. THANK YOU for taking care of my best friend. xxxxx

I couldn't recommend Extrordinair highly enough! We booked for our cat, Kobe, to travel out to Seattle from Edinburgh a week after we flew over. As Kobe wasn't going to be on the same flight as us, I was quite anxious about the idea of him flying on his own but Valentinas explained the process fully, gave me all the information and this put me at ease.



Unfortunately, due to an issue with either Swissport or KLM (out of Extrordinair's control) Kobe was taken off the flight that he was originally scheduled for. When this happened, Valentinas came back into the Edinburgh office at 9pm at night and actually stayed overnight in the facility with Kobe to make sure he was okay. The following day, he sent me photos of Kobe, very much putting my mind at ease. He kept us updated throughout the delay, whilst at the same time investigated the reasons for Kobe's removal from the flight. It is clear that Valentinas and the team are all animal lovers and their priority is very much making sure the pets have a comfortable stay and are well looked after.



My husband picked up Kobe from SeaTac Airport this evening and we are so pleased to have our wee cat back with us! I am so glad we picked Extrordinair and would recommend them and use them for any future relocations we may have.
