... Eyemouth Coastguard alone with Berwick coastguard were paged to an incident at St ABBs .
Following a dive a diver experienced signs of decompression sickness and team were asked to head to St Abbs Lifeboat station were the casualty was.
Scottish Borders Ambulance service administered care and the Coastguard teams secured a landing site for the Coastguard Helicopter 199. The casualty was transferred to Aberdeen by helicopter as a precaution .

Incident Location: Dunbar Type: Missing Person Search
... About 2145hrs on Sunday 19th May 2019, Eyemouth Coastguard Team, Dunbar Coastguard Team, Berwick-upon-Tweed Coastguard Team and North Berwick coastguard Team along with both Dunbar RNLI Life Boats. Were tasked to assist Police Scotland East Lothian Police with a search for a missing person in the Dunbar area.
Coastguard had 18 Coastguard Rescue Officers, who are all trained in search, on scene within 30 minutes of the request.
Shoreline and inland search areas were identified and teams commenced these with assistance of the lifeboats.
Our Coastguard Rescue Helicopter was tasked also.
After around an hour, the good news was passed that the missing person had been located and was safe with police.
Once again another positive multi agency call out where we could provide specialist skills, equipment and local knowledge.

Shannon class lifeboat "Helen Hastings" as she arrived at Eyemouth Harbour today. Arriving at 13-29 to reflect her hull number, joined by lifeboats from Dunbar RNLI Lifeboats and Berwick upon Tweed Lifeboats and st Abbs lifeboat. Eyemouth coastguard would like to wish the crew of Eyemouth lifeboat the very best for the future and smooth sailing with their new lifeboat!

Eyemouth Coastguard along with Berwick team and Eyemouth life boats were paged by Humber Coastguard last night around 2130 to a Angler fishing off the rocks near Eyemouth. Coastguard Rescue 999 helicopter from Prestwick was also called to the scene and air lifted the angler to safety
