Factotum was established in 1985 by Chris and Sarah Boisseau. Over the years our family business has successfully built up a large portfolio of properties throughout Edinburgh.

Our flexible approach to letting makes us unique. We work with the market to maximise rental occupancy for landlords and tailor lets to suit tenants requirements. As a result, our core business is long term, short term and holiday lets. We specialise in letting for the Edinburgh Festival during the months of July and August.
