Hussein and kiko getting the rounds in ,then on to the bags,keep fit class was on their chin straps due to the return of the destroyer mad mick takes no prisoners great class and a braw wee cuppa and a biscuit to finish of some good craik to see you all next week.

A wee bit quiter tonight at gym. However those that were there witnessed some brilliant, magnificent, brutal sparring as coach Quinn put the boxers through there paces one after the other. Some dirty underhand tricks from Norman couldn't stop him. He was relentless. It was a very happy Arran, Owen and Norman when he finally let them off the hook after 30 minutes of a very hard fought lesson. Coach Quinn looked great. Totally unmarked. He didnt even break sweat. Cannot say the same for the 3 boxers though. Out on there feet. I am 100% sure if the tea hadnt been brewed Quinn could of went on all night. Ps. Posted by Anon

I think that even though I'm home in Wales the one thing I miss so much about Scotland is a ABC boxing club coach riley is the greatest I miss my friends dearly and a family you are never felt once out of place whilst training and I hope that ABC is around for years to come I've seen it turn round many peoples lives it's a band of brothers and I will soarly miss being there keep up the good work and keep pulling the helpless off the way side and turning them back into human beings float like a butterfly sting like a bee the hands can't hit what the eyes can't see blessings upon ABC peace
