Fairfield Housing Co-Operative

Fairfield Housing have been a major provider of affordable homes in Perth & Kinross for over 30 years currently managing over 550 properties within the area.

Managing over 450 properties in the Fairfield, Muirton and city centre areas we are a major affordable housing provider in the city of Perth.

We currently manage 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom accommodation suitable for singles, couples, families, disabled and elderly occupants in the form of flats, houses and bungalows. Surrounding our houses are landscaped gardens with an array of trees, shrubs and grass making the community colorful and open.

Fairfield Co-operative is ultimately managed by a voluntary committee consisting of current tenants. The Committee meets on a monthly basis to make business decisions and discuss estate matters, allowing The Co-operative to fully understand and fulfill tenant needs. The day to day management and general running of The Co-operative is carried out by a team of employed staff who work from our head office at 5 Fairfield Avenue.

The Co-operative strives to provide comfortable, spacious homes in a close community; something you can identify in the Fairfield area which has been transformed in to a place where tenants now enjoy living. Due to the small committee and team of staff running the business, we are able to provide a personal, tailored service to all our tenants with high levels of customer satisfaction being recorded on a consistent basis.
