Hi everyone! I hope you're all staying at home and being kind to yourself and the world. Just a wee reminder that my therapy room is closed for now and all events are cancelled. Keep an eye out for details of online meditations, reiki share and distance reiki. I'll be sending reiki tonight, so please comment below if you'd like to be included. If you're attuned to Reiki, you can join in the sending too. Thinking of you all in these strange times. <3

In line with current guidance, I've taken the decision to close my therapy room for the time being. I'll still be doing a few things online (meditation & wellbeing) as well as offering distance reiki. I also have aromatherapy blends for sale, which can be posted out. Please stay well and look after your family & friends and support local businesses where you can. The photo is of a painting I was given by a lovely person. Thank you!

Just a wee update....I'm still working and will continue to do so until advised otherwise. Try to stay positive and get some fresh air and, of course, drink plenty of water! I have one space available today at 2pm and one tomorrow at 11.30am. I just want to reassure you that I am still open and will, as usual, be cleaning equipment and changing towels etc between every client. If you have a gift voucher with an expiry date of March 2020 or later, these will be extended till the end of the year. In these uncertain and worrying days, remember that I'm still here to help for as long as I'm "allowed". I will safeguard your health and my own by asking that you cancel or reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of coronavirus. Aromatherapy will be something I'll be using in my therapy room and in my home to help keep us healthy. Please ask if you'd like any advice on oils. I have blended three oils, so far. Two are safe for use on the skin and the other is for... use in an oil burner or diffuser. I've kept the prices as low as I can for both of these. The Skin Safe blend is £4 for a 10ml bottle and the Breathe Easy diffuser/oil burner blend is £6 for a 10ml bottle. They all contain antiviral essential oils. Let me know if you'd like to order. NB let me know if you have pets in the house as some oils are not suitable. The pic is a fab wee book for home use if you fancy experimenting with essential oils.

In light of the current guidelines for corona virus, I have decided to cancel all Thursday evening groups until further notice. Saturday's de-stress workshop will also be cancelled. If you have made an appointment and would prefer to cancel or you are showing any symptoms of the virus, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you are self isolating and need anything dropped off at your door, drop me a message and I will do my best to help. I will be making up anti viral essential oil blends to use on your skin or in oil burners and diffusers. Let me know if you'd like to order one. I will keep prices as low as possible.

I'm having this weekend off, but have appointments available through the week and next Saturday. Also next Saturday, the last of the De-stress for 2020 workshops is on from 10am till 12pm.
