Fairview

Fairview is an executive holiday let for up to eight persons located in the village of Boat of Garten at the heart of the stunning Cairngorm National Park.

Located in the village of Boat of Garten, near Aviemore, Fairview has been recently rennovated and comprises of two spacious three bedroomed semi-detached self-catering cottages. Both properties are strictly non-smoking

Fairview front cottage can accomodate up to eight people, bedroom one is a double bedroom located downstairs and has an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms two and three are upstairs and there is a double room and a room with three singles. There is a family bathroom upstairs. The entrance hall and cloakroom are kitted out for you to store all your outdoor essentials. This property has an open plan kitchen /diner livingroom complete with woodburing stove, the back door opens out into the delightful "Tea garden".

Fairview back cottage looks down to Deishar wood which can be full appreciated from the newly built kitchen /living /dining space with glass doubledoors opening out onto a large patio. Cooking can be done on the aga or aga gas console. This property has one downstairs double bedroom with separate shower room. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and a double and a single bedroom.

Fairview offers ample parking and enviable garden space that you won't want to leave.

Both cottages are equipped with all the essentials that you need during your stay which importantly make Fairview a home from home for its guests.

Unfortunately Fairview is unable to welcome pets.

The property is set in a 1 acre garden looking onto the forest. The "Tea Garden" catches the early morning sun and the afternoon sun can be caught in the back garden. There is a gate which allows you to walk out of the garden into the forest and beyond. The forest paths lead down to the River Spey and are part if the route on the speyside way long distance walk.
