Life has taken me by surprise quite a few times over the last few months. Family health issues are always priority, yes, even the doggy children... but staying as active as possible continues to keep me focused and mentally prepared for all of life’s hiccups!

Moving is tough on a healthy lifestyle. The "snack drawer" ALWAYS fills up first, usually because cookware and dishes weren't shipped express! 🤦🏼‍♀️
It doesn't make it ANY easier to be an avid homecooked-meal-kinda girl when the new place has a Fan Oven! 😩 I just don't have the patience...
Thankfully, the new home also has an old fashioned Aga (insulated cast iron cooker), so all I needed was a few things, like oil (kerosene), to make magic!

Traveling is tough on the routine AND diet. It's worse when you're traveling across the world (TWICE) to your new home! I'm tired and feel beaten from the days of traveling... and it's already been a week!!
It's cold here, which makes me want to stock up on bread and stew and just hibernate! 🥐🥘😴(But they say it's summer?!) ⛄️☔️
I may be reluctant about dragging my butt out of bed every morning, but I'm still doing what needs to be done... I hope you are too!
