The Falkirk Blues Club provides live Blues Music events in Falkirk (mainly on the last Thursday of every month), where people can enjoy Blues Music in a safe, friendly environment. Falkirk BluesClub evenings have been on the monthly menu now at Baristas Coffee House since Thursday 24th July 2014. Local Blues musician James Rennie founded the club, and his band Last Tango in Memphis performed at the launch event along with The Voodoo River Blues Band. Since the launch, a strong monthly turnout of Blues fans ensures the continued success of the BluesClub and also highlights the fact that regular events of this type have been scarce for a long time now in the Falkirk area.
