Hot rod 91 stretching it's legs for the first time in 2019. All the best for the following season Mr P.

This new customer came to us with his MK3 RS, his car unfortuantely had a knocking noise from the engine, this turned out to be caused by low engine oil level.
Once we had the powerplant out & stripped it was obvious that a rebuild was required.
The engine has now been fully rebuilt using a mixture of genuine Ford UK parts & forged internals.
... Combine that with an uprated clutch & flywheel, some more genuine Ford parts, Castrol fluids & a set of Ferodo DS2500 brake pads.
After some running in of both the engine & the brakes this RS will be ready to hit the road or occasional track night equally well 😎.

Where do I start. If I could give 6 stars I would 100% give these guys it.



My Fiesta 1.0L Ecoboost Zetec S sitting at 123bhp standard and around 193-200nm was "mapped" by a cowboy who I won't name and shame back in October 2015. The car had felt fine although it was horrendous on fuel and still didn't seem to be any quicker; me not bothering to get it checked I decided to leave it as I didn't want to seem cheeky to this "cowboy".



The second week into March I began to notice cars with less power were easily beating me at Crail raceway on the track. I decided to take my car to these guys (Falkland Performance) and see if there was anything they could suggest. Immediately I noticed how professional these guys were after meeting them for less than 10 minutes. They decided to test my car on the rolling road to see the power output. They also told me what a stage 1 remap should take me to: 150bhp and 234nm; this being a lot more than the cowboy that attempted to remap my car.



After the first run on the rolling road the guys instantly noticed a problem, my car was not only running below remap power but it was 15bhp below the standard power!!! They immediately got me booked in diagnosed my car for any faults. Today, I asked the "cowboy" to come back out and put my car back to standard. This was completed and I got back into Falkland performance.



The guys gave me a quick breakdown of what they will do and I was really pleased with their expert advice and knowledge. The guys phoned no faults and found no pressure leaks or boost leaks coming from the car and there was no problems with my turbo. They stuck it back on the rolling road and boom. Car was running perfect. The guys then offered me a superchip at a VERY competitive price and guaranteed me noticeable gains and value for money.



The boys completed the remap and BANG!! I instantly noticed a difference my car was running like a brand new car. A lot better on fuel and the gains was crazy for a 1.0L turbo!!! Although the air temperature was around 17deg when it was tested again it still managed to produce 136bhp (not a true reading due to warm air intake) and a whopping 247nm!!!



My car pulls like a train and I have now learned a huge lesson. Go to this professional and popular garage, Falkland Performance for amazing customer service and professional advice and awesome knowledge. They have made me a very very happy boy!!!! Thanks again guys I will be back

Top notch service. Twice this week Andy and the guys have dug me out of a hole, first by fixing a puncture immediately and second by sourcing and fitting a replacement for a dead battery with only an hours notice. These guys really are at the top of their game!

Took the Westy up to the chaps at Falkland Performance for a bit of investigative work and a run on the dyno. Falkland were fantastic and I was also pretty happy with the dyno results. Car is putting out 259 BHP, so just shy of 400BHP/ton :). She's only lost 18 BHP since she was last on the dyno 15 years ago.

The only non dealership garage I use! And have used for over 15 years. They are always very fair, polite and nothing is ever 2 much trouble. Most importantly, they don't invent work like some garages and they treat my car as I would.

I am very obsessive about my car and it always comes back as I left it, I.e no marks on my wheels or finger prints on panels, and all work carried out exactly how I wanted it.

Highly recommended.

Thanks for sorting my new exhaust on my Type R. Great customer service and very professional garage, Will definitely be my go to garage now even though it's not local! Performance garage you can trust! �

One of the few places I'd trust to touch my cars, and the only at an affordable rate. They took on the belt service and water pump replacement on my Porsche 944, which ended up needing a shed load of extra work to cure some problems I wasn't aware of.



Excellent service, David kept me fully aware the entire time and made sure I was in control of any extra expense accrued. The work was all completed to a high standard, and with care and sensitivity to preserve originality.



Took the Porsche back to get some small tuning issues sorted out caused by removal and refitting of the sensitive MAF unit. I was not charged for this extra work, and all the work and parts are fully warrantied for peace of mind in the event of any problems.





Not sure there's a more competent place without spending a rediculous amount of money.

Once again the guys here do a great job have just had my whiteline anti roll bar fitted to go with the H&R springs anf Bolla B10's that they supplied and fitted after my map was done by them this is now the fourth car of mine they have mapped then carried out various mods great guys to deal with big thanks again

I had my Golf R in a month ago for Revo stage 1, lowering springs fitted, new tyres and 4 wheel alignment. Really happy with the service and the results. I was messaging and emailing quite a lot of different questions over a number of weeks prior to the work and the guys were really helpful and gave solid advice based on their experience. Will 100% be back in the future!

I am truly delighted with the modifications Falkland P.C. carried out on my BMW Z4 28i on 16th/17th June. The Quaife ATB LSD has transformed the car's handling and speed through corners, and the Eisenmann Exhaust System, although specified as "race" has a pleasing tone and no droning. Andrew and his skilful team had the work done in 24 hours of me leaving the car in, and Alan and I chatted about the good old days in the 60s, and he also chauffeured me to the nearby Premier Inn. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again, and would certainally recommend them.

Had our Transit Connect van chipped from 93 to 143 BHP, drive is sooo smooth now in higher gears and the pull in lower gears in enough to spin the tyres in the wet in 2nd gear, well chuffed. No need to hammer the guts out of it to get past people on roads up north , just accelerate in top, pulls from 50-70 like a quick car

Had my vxr h staged 3 with Andy also the quaife LSD fitted by recommendation. Car just sticks to the road now. Going to go for the turbo options we were talking about as well lol. Expect a phone call soon Andy. Thanks again and top work guys. ��

Now got a focus rs mk3. The guys fitted ghost immobiliser for me. Works perfect.



Also booked in for an Armytrix turbo back exhaust.



A first for the rs mk3 in Scotland. That alone gives a 5* review.

Over the past 8 years or so of being lucky enough to own some lovely cars and it is often difficult to find people who you can totally trust to work on your 'Pride and Joy'.



I was put in touch with Russell Clacher and David Robertson at Falkland Performance Centre last year.



Right from the start I appreciated that they were people that I could trust. So much so, that I gave them my 1978 Ferrari 308 to work on. This car required a full 'Engine out' repair which was a major responsibility and a leap of faith for me not to use a known specialist or main dealer. All I can say is that the work that was carried out by Falkland Performance Centre was to a phenomenal level. Their attention to detail during the rebuild and expertise was superb throughout. I have since had work carried out on my M3 and Audi and have recommended numerous friends to contact them for any work required on their cars.



There is no job either too small or too large and you will not be disappointed. I will arrange for some photos of the work on the Ferrari to be posted on the Facebook page to show you the high standard of work carried out.

Andrew and his skilful team had the work done in 24 hours of me leaving the car in, and Alan and I chatted about the good old days in the 60s, and he also chauffeured me to the nearby Premier Inn. Had our Transit Connect van chipped from 93 to 143 BHP, drive is sooo smooth now in higher gears and the pull in lower gears in enough to spin the tyres in the wet in 2nd gear, well chuffed. No need to hammer the guts out of it to get past people on roads up north , just accelerate in top, pulls from 50-70 like a quick car

Had my vxr h staged 3 with Andy also the quaife LSD fitted by recommendation. Car just sticks to the road now. Going to go for the turbo options we were talking about as well lol. Expect a phone call soon Andy. Thanks again and top work guys. ��

Now got a focus rs mk3. The guys fitted ghost immobiliser for me. Works perfect.



Also booked in for an Armytrix turbo back exhaust.



A first for the rs mk3 in Scotland. That alone gives a 5* review.

Excellent service from the team.... diagnosed and replaced a poor MAP that was installed on my van by another company and installed SUPERCHIP's recommendation and transformed the van to what it should be with a remap! 100% recommend, top job boys!�

Brought my Navara in today for a problem with turbo (overboost). Little bit of diagnosis, roadcheck, remap then final roadcheck. Car performance is now super smooth with some more torque and bhp...Happy customer ��

Over the past 8 years or so of being lucky enough to own some lovely cars and it is often difficult to find people who you can totally trust to work on your 'Pride and Joy'.



I was put in touch with Russell Clacher and David Robertson at Falkland Performance Centre last year.



Right from the start I appreciated that they were people that I could trust. So much so, that I gave them my 1978 Ferrari 308 to work on. This car required a full 'Engine out' repair which was a major responsibility and a leap of faith for me not to use a known specialist or main dealer. All I can say is that the work that was carried out by Falkland Performance Centre was to a phenomenal level. Their attention to detail during the rebuild and expertise was superb throughout. I have since had work carried out on my M3 and Audi and have recommended numerous friends to contact them for any work required on their cars.

Where do I start. If I could give 6 stars I would 100% give these guys it.



My Fiesta 1.0L Ecoboost Zetec S sitting at 123bhp standard and around 193-200nm was "mapped" by a cowboy who I won't name and shame back in October 2015. The car had felt fine although it was horrendous on fuel and still didn't seem to be any quicker; me not bothering to get it checked I decided to leave it as I didn't want to seem cheeky to this "cowboy".



The second week into March I began to notice cars with less power were easily beating me at Crail raceway on the track. I decided to take my car to these guys (Falkland Performance) and see if there was anything they could suggest. Immediately I noticed how professional these guys were after meeting them for less than 10 minutes. They decided to test my car on the rolling road to see the power output. They also told me what a stage 1 remap should take me to: 150bhp and 234nm; this being a lot more than the cowboy that attempted to remap my car.



After the first run on the rolling road the guys instantly noticed a problem, my car was not only running below remap power but it was 15bhp below the standard power!!! They immediately got me booked in diagnosed my car for any faults. Today, I asked the "cowboy" to come back out and put my car back to standard. This was completed and I got back into Falkland performance.



The guys gave me a quick breakdown of what they will do and I was really pleased with their expert advice and knowledge. The guys phoned no faults and found no pressure leaks or boost leaks coming from the car and there was no problems with my turbo. They stuck it back on the rolling road and boom. Car was running perfect. The guys then offered me a superchip at a VERY competitive price and guaranteed me noticeable gains and value for money.



The boys completed the remap and BANG!! I instantly noticed a difference my car was running like a brand new car. A lot better on fuel and the gains was crazy for a 1.0L turbo!!! Although the air temperature was around 17deg when it was tested again it still managed to produce 136bhp (not a true reading due to warm air intake) and a whopping 247nm!!!



My car pulls like a train and I have now learned a huge lesson. Go to this professional and popular garage, Falkland Performance for amazing customer service and professional advice and awesome knowledge. They have made me a very very happy boy!!!! Thanks again guys I will be back

Top notch service. Twice this week Andy and the guys have dug me out of a hole, first by fixing a puncture immediately and second by sourcing and fitting a replacement for a dead battery with only an hours notice. These guys really are at the top of their game!

Took the Westy up to the chaps at Falkland Performance for a bit of investigative work and a run on the dyno. Falkland were fantastic and I was also pretty happy with the dyno results. Car is putting out 259 BHP, so just shy of 400BHP/ton :). She's only lost 18 BHP since she was last on the dyno 15 years ago.

The only non dealership garage I use! And have used for over 15 years. They are always very fair, polite and nothing is ever 2 much trouble. Most importantly, they don't invent work like some garages and they treat my car as I would.

I am very obsessive about my car and it always comes back as I left it, I.e no marks on my wheels or finger prints on panels, and all work carried out exactly how I wanted it.

One of the few places I'd trust to touch my cars, and the only at an affordable rate. They took on the belt service and water pump replacement on my Porsche 944, which ended up needing a shed load of extra work to cure some problems I wasn't aware of.



Excellent service, David kept me fully aware the entire time and made sure I was in control of any extra expense accrued. The work was all completed to a high standard, and with care and sensitivity to preserve originality.



Took the Porsche back to get some small tuning issues sorted out caused by removal and refitting of the sensitive MAF unit. I was not charged for this extra work, and all the work and parts are fully warrantied for peace of mind in the event of any problems.





Not sure there's a more competent place without spending a rediculous amount of money.

Once again the guys here do a great job have just had my whiteline anti roll bar fitted to go with the H&R springs anf Bolla B10's that they supplied and fitted after my map was done by them this is now the fourth car of mine they have mapped then carried out various mods great guys to deal with big thanks again

Knowledgeable, professional and very good customer service. I took my BMW 320d coupe in for a superchips remap and the difference is greater than I thought it would be! Make sure you use the right service and professionals when getting this done; to this end I would highly recommend FPC :)

I had my Golf R in a month ago for Revo stage 1, lowering springs fitted, new tyres and 4 wheel alignment. Really happy with the service and the results. I was messaging and emailing quite a lot of different questions over a number of weeks prior to the work and the guys were really helpful and gave solid advice based on their experience. I am truly delighted with the modifications Falkland P.C. carried out on my BMW Z4 28i on 16th/17th June. The Quaife ATB LSD has transformed the car's handling and speed through corners, and the Eisenmann Exhaust System, although specified as "race" has a pleasing tone and no droning.
