I asked the server what they had on the menu suitable for vegans and she told me that they had the veggie burger and the veggie breakfast for vegetarians, leading me to ask her whether it was suitable for vegans or not. She took a minute to ask the chef and came back with the reply of "no we don't have anything for vegans". This then left me on the spot as I know that obviously there are items on most food menus suitable for vegans such as beans, hash browns, vegetables etc. In a panic of anxiety, I decided not to have anything to eat. With my three friends, they all had a breakfast each - one with tea, one with water and one with a milkshake. The tea and the water arrived before the food but the milkshake was still absent. We decided to wait until the food came to ask about the milkshake as we understand that it takes more time to make than a cup of tea. There was also only one other person in there who was eating so we also considered the fact that they may have been very busy - but they weren't.The server brought the food and my friend asked her "excuse me, do you know where my milkshake is?" And she replied with "yeah it'll be coming now". The server made the milkshake and brought it over. What shocked me the most was the attitude and tone of her voice that she presented alongside the milkshake. "There you go. Most people like to have it with their food see." This sentence may sound average but with her aggression and attitude I was absolutely disgusted. If 'most' people like to have their milkshake with their food then why not ask the customer when they pay for their food first if they would like their milkshake as soon as possible, with their food or after their food? That would save any hard feelings or attitude and confusion. After this I did not feel welcome in that cafe at all. My friends ate their food and as we left we said thank you and goodbye. I was waiting for a similar reply from the server but instead was seen off with an attitude-filled facial expression and no words. Awful service, especially to four teenagers.

Sothern fried chicken, tater tots and chocolate cake was amazing. Super friendly staff will definetly be back
