We get asked why deliveries end up running late ... here’s why!
When an order is the next to go out for delivery. We cook the whole order from scratch. So that the food is hot & fresh for each order.
Chips are never batch cooked, we cook how many portions we need per batch of orders. (Which ranges from 1 anything up to 7/8/9!)... Chicken dippers & southern fried chicken are both cooked to order from raw. All subs, hotdogs, pastas, pizzas, burgers, sharers .... EVERYTHING is made fresh, to order
We judge when the drivers are due back and have the next batch of deliveries cooked, boxed & bagged for them to go straight back out, sometimes we misjudge!
We believe that the food should be fresh & taste great, quality isn’t instantaneous.

The 2nd time we've ordered from here and both times the food has been great. Will definitely order again. OK the wait was a while but well worth it. Will have to try a meal in the restaurant one day. Great work guys, could be a little quicker but worth the wait

Had food on Friday night and it was pretty decent. The ying yang chicken is amazing. The nachos aren't the best but everything else made up for it.

We had to wait an hour which is bad enough for it to be another 30 mins late! Highly disappointed, will not be ordering from here again. Every American dinner that has a cheese steak on the menu I will order it, that was rotten took one bite out it! We got the starter box which was also a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend the place and will stick to the good American dinners�� this was not worth the £26 that was paid!!

Placed an order on just eat and given an estimated delivery time ...got the text to say it was on its way ..40 minutes later and a total of 1 hr 40 for 2 pasta dishes and a garlic bread ..needless to say they were cold ..disappointed ! Had to re heat in the microwave �
