It's a dreary day out there so what better way to spend it than drawing a lovely bumble bee and getting ready for the spring with plenty of new floral designs.

Thank you to the lovely team at 'The Emporium', Devizes, for sharing their fantastic Christmas windows and for displaying my cards in their design.
As I have just mentioned to the owner, Teresa, this is probably the first Christmas season where I feel that my cards are taking pride of place in windows across the UK and it means so much to have the support of my fantastic customers, the feedback on sales has been amazing.
So, thank you to all of my customers in the UK and ove...rseas, you're the best and may you all have a wonderfully sparkly Christmas.

Keep our local high streets buzzing and support small businesses. Make happy faces when a bell rings over a shop door.
When buyers support my business I get the flutters and my tummy feels like it will fall out. I love that buzz! It makes a huge difference. @justacard

I'm playing catch up on #justacardweek2018 so here's an introduction to me! Ten facts about me... 1. I'm originally from Gloucestershire but have lived in Falmouth, Bournemouth and now Lichfield. I'd love to live by the sea when I'm grown up. 2. I've had all kinds of hairstyles from mohawks to metre long locks of various colours. 3. My nickname at uni was Cookie. 4. Animal behaviour makes me laugh out loud wherever I might be. If a magpie lands on a sheep I think it's hilario...us. 5. I was a dancer for 14 years. I studied Elementary ballet and was quite good en pointe and can tap dance. 6. I launched my business with support from the Prince's Trust. 7. I've been on live QVC and rubbed shoulders with quite a few celebs. I've met Philip Schofield, Kelly Hoppen, Bear Grylls, Fay Ripley, Jason Donovan, Wayne Sleep, Phillippa Forrester, and Prince Charles! 8. I have a chronic illness. Ulcerative Colitis. It's an invisible illness but it's the hardest thing I deal with on a daily basis. 9. I've never been but my dream is to visit Japan. I'm obsessed with Japanese art and culture. 10. I'd also like to storm chase in Tornado Alley. That's on the bucket list.

I'm really sad to say that we found this precious little hedgehog out and about looking lost and poorly when it should be hibernating. The rest of its body was infected and not for the squeamish. We did all we could, scooped it into a box and got it to the vets. I am hoping that they could rescue it. Breaks my ŌØż. It was such a privilege to be able to pick it up if only for a moment. Good luck little one!

Another new work in progress being hand drawn with the finest 0.05 ink pen. It does send me a bit dizzy but I love the effect all the same.
