➡️A good posture is important for complete fitness. Most of the health problems arise because of the wrong posture, out of which the back and neck pain is quite common. That is why it becomes necessary to work on the postures and make sure it is correct. 👌🏼
‼️From the sitting posture to standing, sleeping and walking you need to ensure that you are straight and keep the back upright. Too much pressure on your back can lead to spine problems as well.
