I have recently qualified in an Exercise to Music course. This has enabled me to launch my own exercise classes which will suit everyone.

Feel Good Fitness Description

Hey there, My name is Michelle Good and have loved keeping fit now for many years. It started when I quit smoking, putting on over a stone. I started doing Davina in my living room to the gym - running, to where I am today. I have took part in 2 half marathons now and hoping to one day do the marathon.
I am hoping to start up classes in my village of Oakington, My main aim for my classes is to bring a variety to them and to make sure all my participants have fun and work hard, motivating them as they go. Every 6-8 weeks I will change the routine and type of class, I. E, TTBs (Toning) the first 8 weeks, Free style Combat (active) the next and so on. My routines will be a little challenging to begin with but by the end hopefully you should feel like you have progressed and complete them with ease. : ) building on peoples strength and fitness throughout. I will however always give participants alternatives if find certain choreography hard or cant due to injuries, I will cater for all fitness levels. Look forward to my new adventure.
