The flat that we rented for 27 days during August had no mobile phone reception. The land lady never mentioned this when we met or the fact that the bedroom window doesn't open. We paid a lot of money to be there. The bedroom was too hot to sleep in during August because the window wouldn't open and so my partner and I slept on the floor in the lounge. There was nowhere to dry our clothes and the washing machine hardly worked. Overall it was very, very poor service and we feel that we were misled or at the very least not told the information that we needed. i don't know anyone who would stay in a property without a mobile phone signal for nearly a month. I'm disgusted with the landlady and the people at Festival Lets, their astonishing arrogance and what seems to be a lack of concern about their customers. Seriously. Avoid if you can.
