Was part way through renovation sure it will be amazing when we return

Had 6 Christmases here friendly staff and locals a good mix of gests young and old views and sights memrobel very good food nice entertainment relaxing would love to go back when reopens

Poor facilities and low quality

We went for five days in September with Urquart's and were very impressed with this hotel. The meals were of a very high standard and the rooms, although a little tired and dated, were clean and spacious. And warm! There was entertainment every night and the bar prices, although not cheap, were reasonable for a hotel of this standard. The staff on the whole were friendly and efficient and although the service in the restaurant was at times a little slow, the quality of the food made up for the delay! We thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay here again.
