Fife Breastfeeding Cafe Description
Fife Breastfeeding Cafe is a friendly and welcoming group for pregnant and breastfeeding mums and their families.
We meet every Monday morning from 10am-11. 30am in the Free Church, 191 St Clair Street, Kirkcaldy for a cuppa and snack.
We offer information and support throughout your breastfeeding journey and welcome mothers with children of all ages. please see our "who are we" pinned post for more info.
Baby changing facilities are available as well as a separate room for feeding or to speak in confidence to one of our peer supporters.

A brilliant online module for partners and family getting ready to successfully breastfeed
*Easter holidays* *spare hands request* In Kirkcaldy we open through the holidays and siblings are welcome but we wondered if we could request a couple of extra hands. Do we have any grannies, grandpa's, cafe attendees who's kids are older or childcare students who would be willing to come and lend a hand in the playroom? This would be super helpful for mums who have older kids but need some time to chat with their little and a peer supporter or even just get a bit respite during the holidays.
