Fife Coastal Fitness Description
FCF provide a professional personal training service whether you are a complete beginner to fitness or a dedicated sports person. Customers can choose from one to one, one to two sessions, with or without a periodised long term program. All programs are tailor made to the individual following consulatation and fitness testing. Military style circuit classes will begin soon these will be group based sessions open to the general public, with discounts for FCF PT customers.
