BEGINNERS SPARRING COURSE 🥊 The club ran our first ever beginners sparring course today introducing 7 beginners to the sparring practice, rules and etiquette. The guys and girls were great, listening Sensei Steven’s coaching and apply the teaching. Well done!! Thank you to Sensei Steven for writing up and presenting the course today.

Never mind toning your body at class, it turns out the old adage that you only get so many brain cells and they don’t replace themselves is not entirely true. Some parts of the brain can grow new cells. Studies have shown that regular exercise increases IQ and does infact promote “neurogenesis”. Keep yourself young in body and mind and get training.

Recently joined the club and its one of the best decisions I have made. Made to feel welcome from the first day and the sensei’s are always more than willing to help and answer any questions asked.



I always had an interest in doing a martial art but could never seem to take that step through the doors, thankfully I made that step and I couldn’t have picked a better place to do it.

My son used to attend regularly ( got his black belt ) when he was younger till work etc got in the way but I give credit to Craig and the team for helping him gain confidence in himself and his abilities. They took a boy and helped turn him into a man I can be very proud of

My little girl attends Lil dragon � and truly enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as well as learning kickboxing herself confidence has flourished thanks to kickboxing

My 9yr old son really enjoys his kickboxing training. Fantastic atmosphere & instructors really have the children's respect as great motivators.

My 9 year old son goes twice a week for past 6 months.. Used to be pretty quiet,timmed n unconfident... Since joining he's came right out his shell... So confident now. Loves it.. Sensies are great.also older students that help in classes are great. Very welcoming. Not only teaching them kickboxing and self defence. But also respect and manners.. Great club.

My 2 boys have been going here for ages. Awesome for teaching them discipline, respect and great fun. Can't recommend it enough for boys or girls.
