Fife Seat

I had a very pleasant experience here this morning. My car had a recall and needed a software update. Customer service was top notch from the first phonecall to when I left. Complimentary drinks, radio, TV and lots of current magazines for me to pass the time while I waited and the cleaned the cat inside and out for me too. They even had juice and lollipops for kids in the waiting area.

Ordered a new Leon from Fife Seat in april by email and phone, always very helpful and quick to reply. Kept me informed with updates on delivery times. My first visit to the showroom was to collect the car, very happy with the service from Mark at Fife Seat, whom I felt treated us very well. Would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service from Mark Gordon at fife seat. I pestered him constantly and nothing was too much trouble. Will 100% be back. Gave him our expectations along with budget and they more than matched. My wife has returned to Seat again after an unfortunate choice with her last car, a Nissan Pulsar. We have just picked up our new Seat Leon Estate, ST 1.6TDI DSG DYNAMIC TECH and as the named driver, I have to say for both of us it is a great choice of car. It is a terrific car with a seamless gearchange and very quiet in transit. A big thank you to David Rankin who guided us through the process of choosing the right choice of Seat. As a Motability Specialist, he did us proud in making sure everything was in order and came out to show us how all the controls work as I had never driven an automatic before this. The car is awesome and will turn me into a lazy old man, driving it is effortless and a joy to drive. Thank you for making everything go so smoothly. I would have no problem recommending Seat and thanks again to all the team who work there.

Bought a seat Ibiza from here. Was told that everything would be checked and fixed as there was a slight noise on the test drive. Nothing was changed once we picked the car up. 3 months later and this is the 3rd time my cars been in the garage renewing parts, seat tried charging me due to 'wear and tear' after 3 months?? Had to wait 3 weeks after finally getting a call back after 2 weeks of being told nobody was available to talk. They booked me in the week after my warranty had run out knowing I couldn't change my car. Now I've went to Arnold Clark and bought a new car and they've had the hassle of my old car but have helped me lots compared to seat. Wouldn't recommend. Feel ripped off and no help given at all from anyone at seat. Feel like they took my money and weren't interested after. Wouldn't advise buying here. If I could have rated them 0 stars I would have. Now I'm more money out of pocket which they don't seem to care about either.
