Fife Teen Parent Project

Initially covering the Levenmouth Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes and Lochgelly areas, more recently expanded to cover the whole of Fife.

At the Teen Parent Project we understand that being a young parent is very different to being a parent in your late 20s or 30s.

The Teen Parent Project offers support to young parents, whether they are in a relationship or single. The project can also help young parents to be. The teen parent worker can help with:

- 1: 1 support / home visits
- Group work and creating peer support networks
- Provide access to ante-natal or post-natal care
- Promoting health services for both parent and child
- Support to access to relevant services or agencies
- Assisting
-Hep with anything young parents are struggling with such as: debt, housing, counselling and general issues.
- Confidence building
- Skills improvement
